Refund policy

We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please email hello@severan.co.uk if you would like to make a refund.

We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.

If your order receives damage while being transported under Severan Wines control, this should be reported to us at the first possible opportunity and no later than 48 hours after the order was received. Photographic evidence and a written description of the breakage will be required in order to an assessment of whether a refund is due.
