Our Story

Nearly 2000 years ago, Lucius Septimius Severus became Rome's first African Emperor, ushering in the Severan Dynasty. Starting his career at the bottom of the senatorial order, he moved with force and determination through the ranks, achieving hard-won campaigns in Africa and Britain.

Today, our passion culminates in the unveiling of Severan Black Label Blanc de Blancs Brut, a tribute to the rich legacies that have shaped us.

Our unwavering commitment to excellence resonates in each bottle of our traditional method, single vintage Blanc de blancs. Our 100% chardonnay grapes undergo second fermentation and age on lees for two and a half years.
